最近對OneRepublic的第三張大碟Waking up感到驚艷，也對這首歌深深地著迷。
和歌曲相同的故事也一直在真實的生活中上演著，值得開心的是最後終於出現了一個很棒的結局。

Lisa 和 Eric，他們叫自己「靜物」，取名有著藝術作品的意涵，希望藉著從「靜物」那沈默忠實的畫面底蘊所衍生的、對基礎面的省思，經由拼貼的隨興、組合的恣意，來與聽眾交感出更多更獨特的體會。
- 專輯中所有歌曲，都是先有詞才有曲。
- 聽本專輯時，請聽全部的聲音，而不是只有演唱部份。
- 被收錄的作品，不是依巿面上的制式格律而創作的。
就像幅畫、就像本書，制式是它要讓你接收到的、自由是它能讓你發想到的。
聽「靜物」的東西，就像遇上個每次見面都穿著不同顏色的衣服、有著不同的表情、要帶著你去不同地方的朋友，驚喜、多樣、易感、且靈感滿溢。

兩人團體到底有什麼特別之處值得令人期待呢?
與其說是兩人團體，不如說背後有個龐大的國王樂團所組成的。
他們或許有些搖滾、有些民謠、甚至還有北歐的音樂風格，許多元素拼湊在一起猶如一場詩文交響樂，也猶如一場栩栩如生的舞台劇。該怎麼形容他們呢？我也不曉得，因為這樣的曲風很自由，許多情緒被裝載著隨著音樂去旅行，但若即若離的情感之間卻又有些壓抑。在森林裡走走停停，揉著眼睛還是看不清，寸步難行，轉眼間卻又到了歐洲打電話述說著只想回到他的懷裡。然而卻又因為眷戀而流浪到晝夜消失的地方，究竟旅行是寂寞還是自由，峰迴路轉後最終還是會找到一個出口。其中，時間並不能決定愛的深淺是我最喜歡的一句話。
好久沒聽到像這樣令人大飽耳福的一張專輯，所有情感並非用激烈的方式表達，呼吸之間蘊藏了豐富的音樂，細膩地表現各式各樣的情緒，值得一次又再一次的反覆聆聽。
